Why we built it
If you run a hosting business in India, you have probably felt it: most billing software was designed for another market. Prices are in dollars, GST is an afterthought, UPI is missing, and the Indian payment gateways your customers prefer need paid add-ons or do not exist at all. Many tools also expect a VPS, SSH access and a command line just to install.
WHMPanel starts from the other end. Rupees, GST and UPI are built in. Razorpay, PayU, Instamojo, Cashfree and PhonePe sit next to Stripe and PayPal. And it installs on ordinary cPanel shared hosting, even in a sub-folder.

A store your clients enjoy
Group your plans — shared hosting, reseller, VPS, dedicated servers or anything else — with monthly to triennial prices, one-time products, setup fees, add-ons and custom order fields. A live domain search on the homepage and in the store lets clients find and add a domain in one click.
Billing that runs itself
Invoices with sequential numbers and two tax levels, coupons, account credit, late fees and refunds. Every online payment is confirmed with the gateway's API or a signed webhook and is recorded exactly once, even if a client refreshes the return page.
Automatic provisioning
When an invoice is paid, WHMPanel creates the cPanel account through the WHM API. Overdue services are suspended and reactivated by themselves the moment the client pays. VPS and dedicated servers can use a custom HTTP module or a manual workflow with staff tasks.
Domains
Register, transfer and renew domains with Dreamscape, ResellerClub or Namecheap. Clients manage nameservers, registrar lock, EPP codes and auto-renew from their own area.
Support and teamwork
A ticket desk with departments, attachments, internal notes, canned replies and ratings. Staff accounts get only the permissions you tick.
Twelve extensions included
Announcements, a help center, an affiliate program, a network status page, Telegram alerts, WHOIS lookup, captcha, live chat, blog, pages, short links and visitor statistics — all bundled, all switchable from the Extension manager.
Ready for your own app
WHMPanel ships with a documented REST API and an OpenAPI 3 specification, so you can build an Android or iOS app for your clients without touching the core.
